Our tour is divided into 2 parts.
The first part focuses on the guided tour of the salt museum and the ancient 1400s mill, where you can really get involved in the history of salt, retracing not only the hard work of the salt pans, but above all, the history of the family that has managed it for generations. The museum is located inside an ancient baglio and is included in the official guide of the European Union. It is a strong testimony to the union that has always linked salt and sea.
During the second part of the route, you will have the opportunity to take a relaxing walk, discovering the infinite shades of white that characterize the salt, not to mention the blue of the sea, the gray clay and the pink of the basins. This route follows the perimeter of the salt pan until reaching the banks of the salt pans where the water mirrors the sky.

The Culcasi salt pans through this tour offer an experience suitable for all age groups within the WWF reserve, among protected plants and birds, so you can see the salt that forms in the tanks by collecting it with your hands and following step by step the entire path that transforms the sea water into the salt that everyone knows.

You can reach us from 9.00 to 19.00, the duration of the tour is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
You will have the opportunity to fully enjoy the bright colors of the day and the romantic ones that characterize the sunset.
