SALE VERO is an unrefined sea salt, produced from our Salt pans in Trapani (Sicily, Italy). It has crystals with a grain size of about 2mm and is obtained by grinding salt on salt in stainless steel presses, to maintain the natural balance of trace elements essential for a correct diet.
In addition to sodium chloride, our salt contains a set of minerals that our body needs.
Riserva del Mare integral salt has a unique and intense flavour, it is easily absorbed by the body, promotes alkaline PH and detoxifies.
Thanks to its strength, the required amount is considerably lower compared to other industrial salts, significantly limiting the onset of some diseases such as: hypertension, arterial plaques, concentration problems, memory loss and acidosis.
Our product is a gourmet unrefined salt, therefore it is also used by leading chefs, pizza chefs and bakers who select quality ingredients and raw materials for their preparations. One of the characteristics that distinguish the whole salt is its humidity given by the magnesium.
